TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. INTRODUCTION 1.1. Welcome to "Zhero.co" ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with Zhero.co (the "Service") operated by Zhero Ltd ("us", "we", "our"). 1.2. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. 2. PURCHASES 2.1. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. 2.2. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases. 2.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons. 2.4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected. 3. SUBSCRIPTIONS 3.1. Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly basis. 3.2. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Zhero.co cancels it. 3.3. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Zhero.co customer support team. 3.4. A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Zhero.co with accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Zhero.co to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. 4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY 4.1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. 4.2. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. You must return items at your own expense via tracked and signed for delivery. 5. GOVERNING LAW 5.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 6. CHANGES 6.1.
